Stuttering or poor frame rates in 2D Panel, Spot or VC modes for FS9, or missing GPS in FS2002

Download and unzip a replacement panel.cfg here then follow simple Installation instructions included.

Replace two textures in all texture folders. Download, unzip and copy paste the two textures into each texture folder you have for the Shrike.
