The A-26B Invader
by Members of SimOuthouse
A Walk Through the Model Development Process
With 3-views scaled and set into a calibration box, the cross sections are modeled
The cross sections are then connected to form the fuselage
We now add the empennage and other major exterior parts
The wing is shaped and control surfaces cut in
Then we begin shaping the engine components

Add in some main gear and put the parts together …
… and take her out for a test flight …
After some contact points adjustments, we are ready to test her wings
Now with windshield and canopies
Added other necessities like turrets and guns
… and make necessary mods …
… and map the model for textures. Meanwhile, we continue to sweat the details.

And the next thing you know …

… and …

And guess what? We are only one third done with the project.
Time to start on the VC

That was quick (Not) … took ROS and I six weeks to get the VC here
That's the basics crammed into a quick trip … hope you enjoyed it
